Join Outdoor Nevada at Ice Age Fossils State Park

Join Outdoor Nevada host Connor Fields for a guided hike at Ice Age Fossils State Park. Learn about the animals that once roamed this region, including megafauna like giant bison, camels, and Columbian mammoths. The 1.5 mile Las Vegas Wash Trail takes you through the greenest area of the park and is easy to moderate in difficulty with some steps, slopes, gravely surfaces and uneven terrain.

Afterwards, enjoy a picnic while Connor answers questions about his experience as the host of Outdoor Nevada. The cost covers your entrance fee to the park, soft drinks/water, lunch and a subscription to Vegas PBS Source magazine.
