Good food, vibrant culture, and significant history ... Those are all things that make up a place we Las Vegans love: Chinatown. Karen Cho's documentary, Big Fight in Little Chinatown, explores the culture in Chinatowns across New York and Canada and how they've endured the COVID-19 pandemic. This weekend, the Nevada Chinese Association and UNLV's Department of Asian American studies are teaming up to give you a free screening of it at the Barrick Museum. The film will lead into a panel discussion about Las Vegas' Asian American community, their development, and impact on the city.
