2nd annual Mesquite Weekend
Protecting, cultivating and eating desert plants is the overarching theme of the weekend....especially mesquite trees. There will be talks and workshops, a seed exchange, a photo contest, vendors and a hula hooping contest.
Some of it is free, but you do need to pay to attend the talks and get snacks/lunch.
There are events Saturday and Sunday.
