Timeless stories of forbidden love, an American Icon and Russian Romantics kick off the Las Vegas Philharmonic’s 20th season.  In celebration of Bernstein’s 100th birthday, the orchestra performed his Overture to Candide and Symphonic Dances from West Side Story as well as Rachmaninoff’s popular Piano Concerto No. 2 featuring acclaimed pianist, Joyce Yang and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo & Juliet Overture.
