Texas judge rejects Minnesota bid to keep ICE agent accused of shooting a man jailed

A judge in Texas rejected Minnesota's request to keep an ICE agent jailed while the court considers his extradition to Minnesota to face charges related to the shooting of a Venezuelan immigrant.
