Sen. Rand Paul says he'll move to hold Fauci in contempt after combative hearing

Dr. Anthony Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment while appearing before a committee chaired by Sen. Rand Paul. Now, the senator is saying he will move to hold Fauci in contempt.
