How the pandemic reshaped working hours

One of the big work-life changes we’ve experienced in the five years since COVID-19 broke out is flexibility. We face less pressure to be at work for exactly eight hours a day. But when we reduce our attendance, it matters a lot for how we feel about ourselves and how others perceive us.
