Jim Murren, CEO and chairman of MGM Resorts, wants to move an NBA team to Las Vegas.

Talking to KNPR's State of Nevada Wednesday, Murren said he is working on getting that done; he said it would not be an expansion team but an existing team. He would not say who the team or teams are that he is trying to lure to Las Vegas.

In a wide-ranging interview, Murren also talked about his support for Hillary Clinton, the potential opening of Japan to gaming, and a new push to draw the Millennial generation to casinos.

Today we air an excerpt from that interview. The full interview will air Tuesday, November 1.
