More license plates aimed at protecting Lake Tahoe are sold in Southern Nevada than anywhere else in the state. So, this week, the agency charged with managing the lake solicited public comment in Las Vegas. KNPR's Ky Plaskon was there. He explores some of the same challenges that will soon be faced in the Las Vegas area.
