Brothel Advertising

The United States Supreme Court has finally decided that Nevada can ban advertising for prostitution in counties where the world's oldest profession is illegal. The high court let stand the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision that said the ban on brothel advertising was constitutional. University of California, Davis Law Professor Vikram Amar joins us to discuss the significance of the decision from a court that is usually more friendly to business.
