Lucky Dragon Hotel-Casino Sold To CEO Of Construction Equipment Firm

The shuttered off-Strip property Lucky Dragon has been sold.

Don Ahern of Las Vegas construction equipment firm Ahern Rentals acquired the property for $36 million. The sale closed yesterday.

No Bids For Shuttered Asian-Themed Las Vegas Casino-Hotel

LAS VEGAS (AP) — No one has bid at a foreclosure auction for the Lucky Dragon casino-hotel off the Las Vegas Strip.

The opening bid for Tuesday's auction was $35 million.

Three individuals were pre-qualified before the auction, but they did not offer any bids.
