LAS VEGAS (AP) — The estate of Tony Hsieh, the deceased former CEO of Las Vegas-based online shoe retailer Zappos.com, has announced its plans to sell dozens of his Nevada properties.
An attorney for his father, Richard Hsieh, and brother Andrew Hsieh filed more than 90 notices Wednesday in Clark County District Court that disclosed their plans to sell parcels of land mostly scattered around downtown Las Vegas.
Richard Hsieh and Andrew Hsieh are co-special administrators of the late tech mogul's estate. Hsieh spent years working to transform the city's downtown area and died at age 46 from complications of smoke inhalation from a house fire in New London, Connecticut.
