Smoke from California wildfires continues to blow into the Las Vegas Valley, prompting Clark County to extend a smoke advisory through Thursday.
Smoke contains particles that can cause problems for people with respiratory diseases and also contributes to the formation of ground-level ozone, which can affect even people without underlying condition.
Officials advising staying inside and keeping windows and doors closed.
