Another widening project for the 215 Beltway is slated to begin this spring in Henderson between Pecos and Windmill roads.
The $29-million project will add a lane in each direction and repave other parts of the area. As the work gets underway, heavy construction-related congestion is expected during the yearlong project.
This is the latest of several widening projects taking place on the beltway.
