Dr. Joseph Bradley plans to officially announce his run for Nevada Assembly District 36 Wednesday in Pahrump.
Bradley intends to challenge Assemblyman Gregory Hafen for the seat.
Gov. Steve Sisolak appointed Hafen to the seat after brothel owner Dennis Hof was elected posthumously.
Bradley is a former law enforcement officer and current chiropractor with practices in Pahrump and Las Vegas.
He’s also been a small business owner in Nevada for two decades.
