The Henderson City Council has approved the sale of 55 acres of land near the Henderson Executive Airport to the Raiders organization.
The land, with an appraised value of $12 million, was sold to the NFL team for $6 million.
The parcel will house the NFL team’s practice facility and corporate headquarters.
