More street closures are planned for Thursday in preparation for this weekend’s "Life is Beautiful" music festival in downtown Las Vegas.
Carson Avenue will close between Seventh and 11th Streets and Friday’s closures will include Fremont Street - between 11th Street and Maryland Boulevard.
The festival runs Friday through Sunday and will encompass 18 blocks.
Friday 9/22
• Fremont Street will close between 11th Street and Maryland Boulevard
• Carson Avenue will close between Sixth and 11th streets
• Bridger Avenue will close between Sixth and Eighth streets
• Sixth Street will close between Carson and Ogden avenues
• Seventh Street will close between Bridger and Carson avenues
• Maryland Boulevard will close between Carson and Ogden avenues
