WINNEMUCCA, Nev. (AP) — Parts of northern Nevada may be experiencing phone outages after AT&T reported vandalism damage that has impacted emergency calls.
KTVN reports that 911 calls in Humboldt, Pershing, Lander and Elko counties and to Nevada Highway Patrol's Eastern Region Dispatch Center are being impacted Tuesday.
Officials say the outage is due to a cut AT&T fiber line, which has been attributed to vandalism.
