Nevada Supreme Court Holds On Medical Marijuana Decision

Nevada Supreme Court justices are in no rush to approve rules allowing lawyers to advise clients on medical marijuana issues. Justices on Tuesday began hearing proposed rules changes from the Nevada State Bar and a group of attorneys.

Currently the Nevada State Bar Association forbids lawyers from advising anyone to break the law, because even though medical marijuana is legal under state law, it remains illegal under federal law.
