Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske said she has not spoken with any member of Congress about the results of the 2020 elections.
Senator Lindsey Graham, (R) SC., told reporters earlier that he had spoken with elections officials in Nevada and Arizona about mail-in ballots.
He later said he spoke with Arizona’s governor but couldn’t recall the person he spoke with in Nevada.
Cegavske noted that the process of recording votes and certifying the election results is the responsibility of the individual counties, not her office.
Georgia’s Secretary of State has said Graham asked him if he had the power to reject ballots.
