Las Vegas Sands Corporation is in the early stages of a discussion to sell its Las Vegas properties, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
The company is looking to sell its Las Vegas assets for $6 billion.
Las Vegas Sands operates the Venetian, the Palazzo and the Sands Expo and Convention Center. It are also working with Madison Square Garden on the MSG Sphere entertainment project.
The company’s most lucrative properties are in Asia, with hotel-casinos in Singapore and Macao, which are expected to have a quicker return to profitability after the coronavirus pandemic.
