The Las Vegas Stadium Authority approved all agreements and documents related to the Raiders football stadium during their meeting Thursday.
Raiders president Marc Badain also said the team is in talks to secure some of the 30,000 off-site parking spots needed for the stadium.
The approval of the agreements is a big step for Clark County to issue construction bonds for the $1.9 billion project.
