Vocal Jazz Solo Nights at CSN
There will be selections sung by the CSN Jazz Singers and a solo piece by each member. A variety of jazz styles will be on display: swing, bebop, and R&B, among others. CSN's Dr. Mark Wherry says the tradition started in the fall of 2000 as a way for jazz students to sharpen their solo singing and gain a greater appreciation for jazz music. This is the 47th edition.
Performances will be in the Jay Morrison Recital Hall.
