Vocal jazz solo nights
Vocal jazz solo nights
The concerts by CSN's Jazz Singers will have works performed by the ensemble and a solo work by each member of the ensemble. A variety of jazz styles will be on display, with swing, bebop, and R&B featured. According to Dr. Mark Wherry, the tradition of this concert began in the fall of 2000 as a way for jazz students to sharpen their solo singing and gain a greater appreciation for jazz music.
CSN students will be admitted for free with their Paw Pass.
