Clark County is making it easy to take advantage of the mild spring weather, since not only do they give us a good excuse to enjoy the expansive Desert Breeze park near Spring Valley, but they’re also throwing in tacos and tamales to boot. To paraphrase Stefon from Saturday Night Live: This festival has everything. There’s tacos. Tamales. Drinks. Art demonstrations. Rides and games. Live music. Lucho libre wrestling. There’s even a tequila tasting master class. So, think carnival, but with much better food and entertainment.
