Reception for new exhibit at UNLV's Architecture Studies Library
The Architecture Studies Library at the UNLV School of Architecture will hold an opening night reception for the exhibit Pervasive Surveillance. Artist Cida de Aragon will give a short presentation on her work, influences, and main themes. The exhibition of her work includes the wall installation 300 Vigilant Eyes and 3-D animation works and large-format 3-D images that comment on the excessive use of surveillance technology. It runs from September 7 to November 8.
