Jackson Street Project
Local artist Steven Spann has gathered construction debris from Jackson Street on the Historic Westside and used it to create a one-night-only exhibition comprising 30 large-scale sculptures. Spann says, "The Jackson Street Project is all about the potential of things," from discarded teddy bears to rusty, twisted rebar. He hopes to make it a show that travels to disadvantaged communities to highlight opportunities for education on reviatlization.
