Google invests in solar tantalizingly just across the border

Hi Google. Listen, if you're interested in sinking some bucks into solar utilities in the Southwest, I know of a state struggling to economically diversify that just also happens to be very, very sunny! From Forbes:

Yesterday, Google announced a $168 million dollar investment in the Brightsource Ivanpah project, a 450 foot tall solar power tower located in California’s Mojave desert.
