Cirque du Soleil, which has six shows and employs nearly 1,500 people in Las Vegas, might be considering bankruptcy.
Reuters reports the Montreal-based company is struggling with debt as its worldwide slate of shows is idled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Reuters says one option under consideration is debt restructuring through bankruptcy. The company declined to comment.
