MGM Resorts International is planning to upgrade the exterior of its flagship resort, MGM Grand.
Executives of the company have been studying how to revamp the 25-year-old property and make it more attractive to pedestrians.
MGM Grand President and Chief Operating Officer Scott Sibella told the Las Vegas Review-Journal the revamp will include restaurants and retail and an opening of the entryways to allow more people to enter the 5,000-room property from the Strip.
