ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) — Vice President Mike Pence is heading west to campaign for Republican candidates in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.
Pence will kick off his campaign swing in eastern New Mexico on Friday with a get-out-the-vote rally for GOP gubernatorial candidate Steve Pearce and congressional candidate Yvette Herrell. Both are locked in tight races.
The vice president will then travel to Yuma, Arizona, where he is scheduled to speak at a rally for Martha McSally, the two-term congresswoman who is seeking a seat in the Senate.

Perce also has plans to stop in Las Vegas and Reno, where he will headline more midterm rallies for GOP candidates over the weekend.
