Nevada’s gaming win dropped slightly for the first time in six months.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reported the latest numbers this week that showed visitor volume was down about 3.4 percent in July. Convention visitation was off 19.5 percent, the biggest decline by percentage of 2018.
The tourism agency said the decline resulted from some trade shows skipping Las Vegas this year and others moving their shows to different months.
