Alleging Voter Intimidation, NV Dems File Suit Against Trump Campaign, NV GOP

The Nevada State Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit alleging Donald Trump supporters are promoting voter intimidation based on the belief that there's widespread voter fraud.

The complaint was filed Sunday in U.S. District Court against the Trump campaign, the Nevada Republican Party and Republican operative Roger Stone, who runs the group "Stop the Steal." It asks the court to declare that aggressive questioning of voters waiting to cast their ballot or threats of legal or criminal action is illegal.

The suit alleges Trump supporters have yelled at voters outside Las Vegas-are polling places when they said they weren't voting for Trump.

The state GOP didn't immediately comment on the complaint. Trump's Nevada campaign has been recruiting poll watchers, but says they're trained to act within the law.
