Students at Brigham Young University have reported fewer annual on-campus sexual assaults than many other major Western universities over the last decade.
Some victim advocates say that when coupled with recent complaints over the school's handling of sexual assaults that could indicate a problem of under-reporting.
The U.S. Department of Education shows that BYU has had an average of about 1.5 sexual assaults for every 10,000 students per year from 2004 through 2014.
All but two of the Pac-12 schools reported a higher annual average, with many reporting more than twice that amount.
Though the numbers don't represent a complete picture of how many students are raped, victim advocacy groups and colleges still use the figures to gauge how schools are doing and what policy changes need to be made.
