In Nevada, the political parties are divided between a geographic line in the sand: Democrats live in Clark County, Republicans live in the rural counties.
And they come together in Washoe County -- the only swing county in a swing Western state. But Washoe County may be changing. Does the big change signal a permanent shift? And how will it influence statewide races for Attorney General and Lieutenant Governor?
