Nevada Health Exchange Sees Higher Numbers and More Complaints

The number of enrollees in the Nevada Health Exchange is up - but so are complaints.

As of May third 35-thousand Nevadans have signed up through the Nevada Health Link with another eleven thousand who have selected plans but still have not paid.

The exchange has suffered through turmoil since last fall with complaints about delays and website issues. Now officials are also receiving complaints from carriers over billing problems. Board members may determine later this month the future of the exchange and the state's relationship with the company running it, Xerox.
