Tech students from schools in southern and northern Nevada are helping to organize and design a virtual Martin Luther King Jr. parade for January 18.
Normally, the parade would be held along the streets of downtown Las Vegas.
Organizers say this year’s celebration of the civil rights leader will be virtual due to COVID-19 and will feature performance videos and speeches. It starts at 10 a.m. on January 18 and can be streamed from a number of platforms.
