Nevada GOP To Appeal Judge's Refusal To Nullify Biden Win

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Republican party promised to appeal a judge's refusal to nullify Democratic President-elect Joe Biden's win in the state.

Judge James Todd Russell in Carson City said Friday that attorneys for Republican electors failed to provide clear or convincing evidence of fraud or illegality.

An appeal is expected to get fast-track handling before the Electoral College finalizes nationwide results in 10 days. The state high court last week certified that Biden won Nevada by 33,596 votes, or nearly 2.4%.
