Nevada's Democratic Party is suing to expand in-person voting during the upcoming primaries.

Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cevagske canceled most in-person voting for the June 9 primary because of the coronavirus outbreak. The state Democratic Party complained of her only permitting a single in-person location in each county.
Democrats argue large counties need more venues. They filed a lawsuit Thursday seeking to expand that and also suspend rules preventing people from dropping off absentee ballots on the behalf of voters during the election.
Democrats also seek to force the state to send mail ballots to all voters, not just active ones.
