Only four-and-a-half months after opening it at the Luxor, Cirque du Soleil is closing its experimental live-action adventure production “R.U.N.”
The performance piece will go dark after final shows March 8.
Cirque President and CEO Daniel Lamarre told the Las Vegas Review-Journal the company is “in the business of taking risks,” but "R.U.N." didn’t have the ticket sales to keep up with Cirque’s other Las Vegas shows.
