Raiders Sell Henderson HQ, Plan To Lease It Back

The NFL’s Raiders haven’t played a game in Las Vegas yet, but the team has sold its Henderson headquarters for $191 million.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the Raiders are leasing back 55 acres of land, and the still-under-construction building on it, from Chicago-based Mesirow Financial. The lease is effective for 29 years with future extension opportunities.

It’s not yet known how much rent the Raiders will pay under the agreement.
