Three-term former Reno Mayor Bob Cashell is being remembered for his personality and his support for development in the northern Nevada city he moved to more than 50 years ago.
A longtime friend and publicist tells the Reno Gazette-Journal that Cashell died Tuesday at a hospital with family members near. He was 81.
