A former substitute teacher for the Clark County School District has been arrested on multiple lewdness charges.
Police arrested 72-year-old Steven Cochran last month. He faces seven charges of lewdness with a child under 14.
Cochran is out on bail under the conditions that he stay away from his accusers, all schools and all other minors. He’s also being electronically monitored.
