RENO, Nev. (AP) — U.S. Rep. Mark Amodei says the U.S. Postal Service is creating a new zip code just for Nevada's sprawling industrial park near Reno.
Amodei's office said Wednesday that the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center will be able to start using the 89437 zip code starting Nov. 10.
The Republican congressman worked with the Postal Service to get the new designation for the center, which is home to Google, Tesla and more.

Amodei's office says the 167-square-mile park needed a new zip code to streamline the mail service to the growing area.
Amodei represents northern Nevada's 2nd Congressional District.
