4 Suspects Questioned In Possible Elko Kidnapping

ELKO, Nev. (AP) — Sheriff's deputies in northeast Nevada are interviewing four suspects in an alleged kidnapping in Elko.

The Elko County Sheriff's Office confirmed earlier had identified three suspects in the alleged abduction of two women in their early 20s by two men who were later released in nearby Spring Creek.

Elko Police Lt. Mike Palhegyi told the Elko Daily Free Press Tuesday no arrests have been made but there are now four suspects — three man and a woman — in what appears to have been a dispute over money. He says the suspects and alleged victims appear to have known each other "at least somewhat."
