The Las Vegas Sands Corporation announced today that the company is selling its Sands Bethlehem property in Pennsylvania for a total of $1.3 billion.
The company said in a statement they have entered into a definitive agreement with Wind Creek Hospitality, an affiliate of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians of Alabama who will acquire the property.
Sheldon Adelson, the company’s chairman and CEO, said the property has generated significant economic impact and revitalized a site of sentimental and historical importance.
