UFC fans might have to pick a new superstar to fawn over, as the sport's president has said Conor McGregor may not come back into the octagon.
Dana White said the UFC is trying to hash out a new deal with McGregor, but after a lucrative boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Jr. earlier this year, White suggested the possibility that McGregor’s time in the UFC might be over.
Speaking at UFC’s Las Vegas headquarters this week, White referenced the monumental $100 million payday after the Mayweather fight, saying “money changes everything with a lot of people.”
