The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is moving forward on a massive expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
At its meeting Tuesday, the agency that oversees marketing and tourism in Southern Nevada chose an architect for the 1.4 million-square-foot expansion.
The Las Vegas Sun reports TVS Design was awarded the contract for the second phase of a total $1.5 billion revamp of the entire facility.
