A vote to approve a marijuana dispensary and casino in the Elko Indian Colony will be heard Wednesday.
The Elko Daily Free Press reportsa heated discussion was held on the issue Sunday during a meeting of the Elko Band Council of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone.
Yerington, Ely and Moapa Valley already have medical marijuana dispensaries, and on January 1 can opt to sell recreational marijuana.
