All of Washoe County’s marijuana dispensaries are now eligible to sell recreational marijuana.
Dispensaries within Reno and Sparks were selling marijuana since July 1, but now three more dispensaries in unincorporated areas are now eligible to sell, thanks to a vote by the Washoe County Board of Commissioners.
The Reno Gazette Journal reportsthe board unanimously passed local county ordinances, though all of the dispensaries still need to acquire their county and state licenses. The county plans to begin accepting license applications as early as today.
